Luminous Entrance

For the Hotel Syrene Bellevue in Sorrento, a five-star luxury hotel, Studio Light Mariano developed an architectural lighting project inspired by the tradition of Salento illuminations, custom-designed to fit the entrance arch and the proportions of the existing façade. The project consists of a monumental arch with a decorative frame, multiple light rosettes, and light frames to illuminate the existing architecture, using a custom-made, minimally invasive load-bearing structure.

The light arch transforms the entrance into a true entrance statement, creating an instantly recognizable focal point for guests and visitors. Light becomes a scenographic element capable of amplifying the hotel's prestige and strengthening its identity within the urban and landscape context of Sorrento.
